Kellen Bradley

Kellen has spent his career litigating serious injury and wrongful-death cases in Arizona, from early investigation through trial and appeal. His Phoenix practice focuses on people harmed in commercial truck accidents and families mourning someone who should still be here. From the accident investigation and evidence preservation through medical documentation, negotiations, and the courtroom, he learns the case from the people living it, not only from the records.

Arizona is home for Kellen. Raised in Scottsdale, Kellen attended Arizona State University and later ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he graduated with the Dean’s Award and Pro Bono Award. After law school, a public-interest fellowship at Community Legal Services Arizona brought him into the everyday legal problems of people living in poverty in Phoenix, where he also honed his conversational Spanish. He has practiced law in Arizona since 2013, building his career in the same communities where he grew up.

People usually come to Kellen when they are already carrying so much. His job is to step in quickly and recognize what cannot wait so that critical opportunities are not lost. He keeps clients informed, explains the choices in front of them, and takes action to move the case forward. Before he asks an insurer or jury to understand what someone has been through, he takes the time to understand it himself.
